Dear KCADFW members,
Current executive committee’s term is coming to an end on December 31st, 2022. We need to elect new officers and national council members for the term 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2024, 30 days prior to current term end.
Current executive committee has formed a new election board representing past 3 presidents who are Sibi Karakkattil (Chairperson) , Thommachen Mukalel (Member) and Sujith Chennangattu (Member). “The duty of the Election Board is to conduct KCADFW elections fairly and in good faith.”
The following are the important dates related to this election.
Last date to take membership: October 12th, 2022 11:59 PM.
Candidate qualification form submission deadline: October 23rd, 2022 11:59 PM.
Final voter’s list: October 27th, 2022 11:59 PM.
Candidacy Withdrawal date: October 30th, 2022 11:59 PM.
Publication of the final candidate list: November 1st, 2022
Meet the candidate: November 6th Or 13th , 2022 (Tentative)
Final format of ballot paper release: November 13th, 2022
Election Date: November 26, 2022, Time: 10 AM-7 PM. Voting will be at KCADFW community center in Mesquite.
Officers Position available: President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer.
KCCNA National Council position available: 9 Position Total. one position is reserved for Youth between the age 23 and 35 as of March 1st, 2023. One position is reserved for Women.
